Description

The primary mechanism for protein synthesis following intense resistance training is regulated by a biochemical pathway controlled by an enzyme complex known as the Mammalian Target of Rapamycin (mTOR). The activity of the mTOR complex is significantly influenced by the levels of L-Leucine in your system. High levels of L-Leucine stimulate mTOR to promote protein synthesis, while low levels inhibit it. To maximize muscle gains after intense workouts, it’s essential to provide sufficient L-Leucine to your muscles as quickly as possible.

MAX’S BCAA 10:1:1 is formulated to be taken post-training to activate the mTOR complex and enhance protein synthesis. It includes:

  • Micronized and Instantized BCAAs: These BCAAs feature small particle sizes and are specially treated for quicker wetting and absorption.
  • Pepform Leucine Peptides: These specific short peptides with high Leucine content are absorbed through the small intestine more rapidly than free-form amino acids, resulting in a quick Leucine spike that activates protein synthesis.
  • Free Form BCAAs: While traditional BCAAs take longer to absorb, they continue to stimulate protein synthesis even after the levels of the faster-absorbing instantized BCAAs and Leucine Peptides begin to decrease.

Directions

  1. Recommended Serving Size:
    Mix 1 scoop (10g) of Max’s Lab Series BCAA 10:1:1 with 250-300ml of cold water or your preferred beverage.
  2. Mixing Instructions:
    • Shaker: Add the powder and liquid to a shaker bottle. Secure the lid and shake for 30-60 seconds until fully dissolved.
    • Blender: For a smoother consistency, blend with ice or other ingredients for 30-45 seconds.
  3. Timing:
    • For best results, consume 1 serving before, during, or after your workout. You can also take it at any time during the day to support muscle recovery.
  4. Hydration:
    • Ensure you drink plenty of water throughout the day, especially when using amino acids.
  5. Storage:
    • Keep the container tightly sealed in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and moisture.

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.

Pharmacy Junction uses Australia Post OR Courier Please for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and may require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours, as Australia Post & Courier Please will leave a card with collection point details.
