Description

Product Info

A decongestant nasal spray with double-action formula (1) Decongests after 5-10 minutes (2) helps unblock the nose, and (3) relieves a runny nose. Otrivin Plus contains 2 active ingredients, xylometazoline hydrochloride and ipratropium bromide. The xylometazoline helps to unblock nasal passages by reducing swollen blood vessels and the ipratropium helps reduce mucus production.

When to use

Otrivin Plus is used for the relief of a blocked and runny nose caused by colds, hay fever or other allergic rhinitis.

Ingredients

Otrivin Plus Nasal Spray contains the following active ingredients:

  • Xylometazoline Hydrochloride 0.5 mg/mL and Ipratropium Bromide 0.6 mg/mL.

How to Use

Adults 18 years and over: 1 spray in each nostril, up to 3 times daily, as needed. Do not use more often than every 6 hours. Do not exceed 3 applications per nostril per day. Do not use for more than 3 days at a time unless advised by a doctor or pharmacist. If congestion persists for more than 3 days, seek medical advice. Before using for the first time, prime the pump by pumping 4 times. Once primed, the pump will normally remain charged throughout regular daily treatment periods. Should the spray not be ejected during the full actuation stroke, or if the product has not been used for longer than 6 days, the pump will need to be reprimed with 4 pumps as initially performed.

If these requirements are not satisfied Pharmacy Junction reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.

It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours, as Australia Post & Courier Please will leave a card with collection point details.
