Polident Hold + Seal is designed to help block out irritating food particles while providing a firm, long-lasting hold.

The precision nozzle with a finer tip enables exactly the right amount of product to be applied around the edge of your denture forming an all-round seal.

The benefits of Polident’s Hold + Seal Denture Adhesive mean that you don’t have to let your dentures decide what you eat. Helping to keep your dentures comfortable and secure, the adhesive  gives you the freedom to enjoy the foods you love whether you’re at home or dining out.

How to Use

Carefully read all information provided with the product before use.

At first, use a small amount. Use more if needed. Too much adhesive can cause oozing, apply less next time if this occurs. It may take you a few tries to find the right amount. Apply once a day for hold and food seal protection. If you need to apply more than once a day, seek advice from your dental health professional.

Applying

  1. Clean and dry your partial/denture.
  2. Apply product as shown below, not too close to partial/denture edges. A) Upper denture: Apply in a long continuous strip. Apply 2 shorter strips in the middle of the denture. B) Lower denture: Apply product in a long continuous strip. C) Partial denture: Apply 2 short strips.
  3. Rinse mouth before inserting partial/denture.
  4. Press partial/denture into place, hold firmly and bite down for a few seconds to secure hold.

Removing

  1. Swish mouth with warm water.
  2. Slowly remove partial/denture using a rocking motion.
  3. Remove adhesive residue from partial/denture and mouth with warm water & a soft brush.
  4. Use Polident Denture Cleansers to thoroughly clean your denture and then rinse with water.

Ingredients

Calcium/Sodium PVM/MA Copolymer, Petrolatum, Cellulose Gum, Mineral Oil. (Same formulation as Polident Flavour Free Denture Adhesive Cream)

WARNINGS AND PRECAUTIONS:
Please keep the carton for the directions for use.
Carefully read all information provided with the product before use.
Keep out of sight and reach of children. A few individuals may be sensitive or allergic to this product. If you experience an allergic reaction or discomfort, discontinue use immediately. Other side effects such as oral irritations and gastrointestinal symptoms (e.g. nausea) may occur. Swallowing small amounts of this product, when used as directed, may occur and is not harmful. Ill-fitting dentures may impair your health. Visit your dentist regularly to check the fit of your partial/denture. To keep tip from clogging, keep cap and nozzle dry. Refasten the cap after use. Store in a cool, dry place.

Online Change of mind returns

If you wish to return an item because you have changed your mind about your purchase, Pharmacy Junction will offer you an exchange or refund provided that:

  • You return the item within 30 days of purchase
  • You produce your original Pharmacy Junction register receipt, online tax invoice or other adequate proof of purchase at the time you return the item.
  • The item must not have been used or damaged in any way including that
  • It is in its original packaging including manuals, pamphlets, and all accessories.
  • It is unopened, unused and in its original saleable condition
  • The product is not one on which a change of mind return is not available (https://www.pharmacyjunction.com.au/returnspolicy/).

If these requirements are not satisfied Pharmacy Junction reserves the right not to offer an exchange or refund for change of mind returns.

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.

Pharmacy Junction uses Australia Post OR Courier Please for all deliveries. All parcels will be delivered to the provided address and may require a signature on receipt. It is recommended to provide a work address for delivery if no one is home during business hours, as Australia Post & Courier Please will leave a card with collection point details.

Orders will be packaged in plain boxes and unmarked for privacy and security.

Pharmacy Junction will dispatch most orders within ONE business day Monday to Friday assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter.
