Pentavite® Vitamin D3 & K2 Kids Liquid is a premium formulation containing Vitamin D3 & Vitamin K2, to support strong bones and teeth in children. Vitamin D3 helps the body absorb dietary calcium while Vitamins D3 and K2 help support bone mineralisation. Pentavite® Vitamin D3 & K2 Kids Liquid is a great tasting formula that kids will love!
Pentavite® Vitamin D3 & K2 Kids Liquid is recommended for children over 6 months of age.

Directions
Administer dose via syringe provided, directly into child’s mouth or add to food or drink. Rinse syringe when finished and allow to dry.

4 to 12 years: 1 mL daily or as recommended by your healthcare professional.
Storage
Store upright and below 25°C. Secure bottle cap tightly. Do not use if seal around cap is broken or missing.

Return postage costs will have to be paid by the customer and any postage paid will not be refunded. In the case that free shipping is offered, an $10 fee is deducted from the refund as postage is at our expense.
